About B-Sure Systems, Inc.

With an enduring passion for basement waterproofing, I have dedicated my life to this industry since 1990, gaining deep, hands-on experience at every stage of the process. I initially started as a laborer, mastering the minutiae of the trade from the ground up. This rich foundation propelled me to the role of foreman, where I honed my leadership skills, overseeing projects and guiding the efforts of my team.

As I grew in knowledge and experience, I embraced the challenge of production management, where I refined my ability to efficiently coordinate and ensure the quality of our operations. This breadth and depth of experience laid the groundwork for my transition to sales in 1995, where I began cultivating the customer relationships that form the backbone of our business.

Following in the footsteps of my father, I took the reins of the company when I was ready to meet the challenges of leadership. Today, I am proud to be the second generation in our family-run basement waterproofing enterprise. And the legacy continues, as my sons, representing the third generation, have joined me in the business, each of them developing their skills and contributing to our shared mission.

In 2009, I earned the title of Certified Waterproofing Specialist (CWS), underscoring my expertise and commitment to the craft. Further expanding my professional qualifications, I became a Certified Egress Window Installer (CES) a few years later, adding another dimension to our suite of services.

My commitment to our craft extends beyond my immediate professional role, as I have been an active participant in the Basement Health Association (BHA) for roughly two decades. This association has provided a vital platform to collaborate with other industry professionals, share knowledge and stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in basement health.

In recognition of my dedication and industry insights, I was honored to be appointed to the BHA’s Board of Directors. In this capacity, I am able to influence the direction of our industry, promoting standards and practices that ensure the highest quality of service for our customers and the community at large.

Additionally, I am an active member of the Education Committee, where I contribute to developing and enhancing the training resources that underpin the professional growth of our industry members.
